types of missions

Hi there,

All the missions I've encountered so far (aside from the excellent Story Missions) were about flying to the middle of nowhere, blowing stuff up, and sometimes tractor something/someone in and bring it back, seriously hurting my reputation as a peaceloving treehugger.

Are there other kinds of missions out there that I'm not finding? Like escort missions? Or transport missions?

Nope. Unfortunately, the missions are very limited in type. Some pay quite well -- out in the border worlds and edge worlds. But even they are the same kind.

I don't do missions any more. You can make more money mining or just flying into hostile areas and tractoring in equipment and cargo from enemies you've blown up. Only escort missions are in the SP game when Juni assigns you to them.

Ah, that's a pity then. Myself, I prefer the lucrative trade routes. A 20 minute flight nets 400K. Excitement galore as nobody seems to like me after the missions I did do ;-)
