advancing beyond level 24

hi, i finished the campaign a while ago and continued to advance in levels but i dont seem to be able to get beyond 24. im worth about a million something credits, is this normal, what should i be worth to advance again

Did you download and install the Freelancer 1.1 patch by any chance? (if you haven't, DON'T!

).

Click on the icon (far right of screen i think) and it should say how much is required to attain the next level (being how much more is required).

i know about that but everytime i check it tells me mission, as it would during the campaign

That simply means to work for a while running missions for base/factions to earn the credits needed to next level.
