if u look in the downloads section there is a reveal nav map mod that reveals the entire map,or use Ioncross Single player editor to open the map...or look for it urself

Don't know of any printable map with all of the wrecks on it. But there is a listing of the wrecks by system and their approximate locations. Copy that and print it out. That's all I can suggest.

p.s. Sometimes it takes some hunting around even when you know the approximate coordinates of the wreck. And don't go wreck hunting in radiation fields or mine fields unless you've got a strong ship with lots of shield bats!

Once you D/L it you just click on the item you want to look at.

Maps, weapons, ships, and more very simple to use

You can if you hit F1 then windows shortcut key and have it running in the background if only uses 2MB of ram when running so you should not have any problems running both. I think the latest version is 2.3 the D/L is small.
