Andromeda freelancer mod

ok. i will really need help for this mod, i am a complete beginner but this is my plan. here is the story of the mod
Sirius Sector has be over populated, there is no more planets to settle on and manhattan has a whopping 8 billion people population. The Rehinland Millitary, The Liberty Navy, the kusari millitary, and the bretionian millitary, created a secret project called "Operation Expand" 3 fleets of each house (fleet consits of 2 cruisers one battleship and 2 of the houses best fighter) to The Milky Way Galaxy's Neighbor. The Andromeda Galazy. One Rehinland fleet soon came upon a system. there was 5 planets, 2 were gas giants, and 2 others were moons of the 1 planet in the system that was habitable. Rehinland, who was the first to discovert the system took control over it and named it Bayern. Later, the houses let the news out to the people of the sirius sector, and 101 million people from all the houses came to move into this new world Bayern. after, liberty discovered a new system with 1 planet and a red giant sun. the planet was far enough away to survive and be able to support life. Liberty Named the system District Of Colombia, and named the habitable planet Washington. many years later, bretoina and kusari found new homes... One Day, a kusari expidion to a faraway system far away from the newly established house systems. They were never heard from again...

also i need to know, where do i put the files in the SDK?
People i need: experienced mod makers.
someone who can make a totaly different universe map.

Then, you might want to take the time to learn how to mod, code and model if you really want to do it right.

(I know it was a silly thing)

I'm in agreement with Rankor. It doesn't appear that you've even attempted to learn anything about modding (judging from your question above). The files from the SDK should be part of the base of your mod. I'd start by figuring out how to code equipment and then move on to things like bases and systems, then ships.

There are many tuturals here at Lancers that cove most every thing, including the tools you will need to have. Do a reading through them, and gain a world of knowledge.

oohhh... i musta read an old tutorial before the sdk over at another forum...
ok new idea.
this is what im gonna do. i need some solar system makers on this...
erase all systems that start with... Sigma, omega, omicon. and completely start over on the border and edge worlds

IF you are taking stuff from other mods without being allowed to use it (you need a permission) you might run into serious trouble

Oh yeah and many people are willing to let others use their code but you MUST ask them first.

@ Commodore001, just the little matter of property theft, and the rather hefty legal bill you'll face when you get sued for it.

@ Camtheman, You need to learn to mod Freelancer yourself if you want to have any hope of an experienced moder helping you. Thier not about to give up thier free time to work on your mod if your not able to do any of it yourself, why should they as they usually have enough of thier own work to do, rather than wet nurse a noob through the process.
