Add new Faction to IFSO.

Hi.
On my MP server I installed patch on evo mod, whch add some new factions. I add new factions into IFSO game files too. But my problem is when I want to set rep. to some new faction in IFSO. I don't see any new factions there. New players have this faction when editing their rep. in IFSO. But existing don't have.

Is there any way how to add new factions to existing chars or to make some script using flcodec.exe?
Or can I use some other program to edit MP files?

All reputations are set on creating the char.
If you add factions l8r, the chars created before won´t have a rep for the faction.
Freelancer will use "0" and all old chars a "white", which will never change.

And i suppose, your server s crashing constantly.
