Recolor of the Targeting Reticule.

I know it is possible to recolor the reticule, but I am having trouble locating the right file to recolor to do this.

If someone knows what I need to do, could they please post here?

I need to recolor the reticule to help someone who is color-blind, and unable to see his tracer.

That is neat to play with, but I see I called what I was after the wrong thing.

I ment to say I am trying to recolor the tracer that leads the ships. The plus sign a person aims at.
