Is there a way to change the freelancer default save game to another place besides My Games in My Doc's?
...kids?
I won't ask Anyway, i checked my registry, and its not there. I don't think its possible, unfortunatly. You can move your default "My Documents" folder, but since you can only have one of those..... x.x
I could cook up a tini tiny little program that swaps between Freelancer folders. If your that desperate

yes, BUT, you can't play those save games. You have to manually move those save games back into the default folder. Thats whats bugging Flybyu, i believe.
Which my program will eliminate. I'll get to work on it.-Blackhole2001

I'm working on it. the code SHOULD work, but theres this stupid "File already exists" error... except that the file isn't there. So i'm going "WTF?!" And pounding on my keyboard...as always
I'll post here once i've figured it out....EDIT: I figured it out! It should work now. Post any problems here. I didn't bug-test it
Download it now!

Well, maybe i SHOULD have included a help file >< ok, turn off all mods, and click the export to new button. Write freelancer - vanilla or something. Now activate a mod, and run freelancer. Once it gets the the Main Menu you can quit. Now click Export to new and type a name, most logical being the name of the mod. Now you will have 2 folders selectable from the drop down list. Freelancer - Vanilla and your other mod. Just choose one and click on it. Do this for all the mods that you will be using, just turn it on, play, and then export to new. Sorry if its not the most efficient of programs, but i made it in 4 hours.
At least it didn't crash
