Creating Factions

I've looked all over the boards, but I can't find a thread that tells you how to create a faction. I know its possible because many mods contain new corporations and criminals, so can someone please tell me how to build a new faction? Thanks.

Look in the "editting tutorials forum",its called "adding factions".

Click on the pull-down menu on the upper-right, and have it show topics from the last year...
