I downloaded the subxeros misc Database, What do i use to open it?

I assume you got the most recent one, which is in Excel format and is here.

Near the bottom of the download page, but BEFORE the database download link, is a link to the Excel viewer download on the Microsoft website. The Excel viewer lets you view content of Excel files even if you don't have Excel on your PC. Download and install the Excel viewer, and you should be able to read the database.
