Don't know about pricing, but I think there's a mod that makes ships available on other basis. Check the mod forum.

goods.ini is the place to change prices for ships, and market_ships.ini is the place to change locations for selling ships. Market_ships.ini looks complicated but really isn't, however look for a mod that provides lots of additional ships they usually have all the junk removed, and enable identity to be established fairly easily, then all you need is a base listing. suggest you take a look around, Reynan Starfyre did a very comprehensive list.. look for it.

Other option is if you have a copy of Ioncross server operator then all base info is listed in that complete with system names etc. Easy to open with notepad...
