im working on a mod and have tried to get my levels to go past 38. i tried the level mod thats been posted here and it does help but it only goes to 40 now. can anyone help me figure this out?

If its lvl 89 your after download the patch from microsoft or the lancers reactor site it takes about 2 seconds to install and then your mod is now ready to go to lvl 89 hope i helped
