Modder''s Help Needed

To all the available modders out there, I am acting DCL on Wireplay UK server and we are currently running FrontierSpace 1.75 mod with all patches installed. We have issues with the commodities and cannot use any of the newly created items as when you try to sell them you get kicked for cheating.

Also cannot run any style of IFSO except Ioncross. The mod did come with FLShell but becuase we are using a 64bit CPU dual core, shell will not even run.

The commodities is the main issue atm and we just help. This has been an ongoing issue for us since the mod was released and Mace, the author has been helping a little but he has no dual core or 64 bit knowledge from what I have read on the Frontier Space Forum. He has done a wonderful job with the mod it just needs tweaking for our needs.

Any help would be greatfully received.

If you're running IONCROSS Server Operator and you get kicked for cheating, you will need: IONCROSS Freelancer Utilities
.

This is straight from the description, so you know what it does:
Used for creating the GAMEDATA files that allow the Character Editor and Server Operator software to work properly with modified versions of Freelancer, the IONCROSS GAMEDATA Creator enables you to quickly add new or edit existing entries to your GAMEDATA files.

If you have not applied that and have not updated IONCROSS Server Operator, then you will definetely get kicked for cheating. Also, if you're using any other software such as server operators and/or FLAC (FreeLancer Anti Cheat) Software then find a patch or anything that will update the file so it will not kick any cheaters. Also, Cheater's Death (CD), i am not sure you can update files or anything because i have only used it once.

All the commodities have got valid hashcodes. So this has not worked, but I will got through all the commodities and do them again. Just to make sure.

From what I've pieced together I believe the dual core is your problem, from what I've gathered the FLServer.exe and IFSO must be running on the same core for them to work together.

Bejaymac, how do you know that the Author of the mod is running Dual Core or not?

So that cannot be the answer. But if the author doesn't, then yes, you're right, it needs to be running on the same core.

Oh sorry, the author doesn't have Dual Core:

We have reduced the server to single core which has had other effects but the IFSO and the flserver.exe are running on the same core. This has stilll had the same effect.
