Movie Program

Hey guys,
I been seeing alot of people coming out with small movies of game play from FL and I was wondering what program is used to record gamplay?
I know I seen this on another forum a long time ago, but I never took any interest into making small movie clips at that time, this was becuase I was never working on my mod in the frist place at that time.
If you guys can show me a link to something that does this that would be very cool.

Is there a program that doesn't make the movies look "laggy"?

What do you mean by lagy?
do you mean the game is lagy or the movie is lagy?
if the game is lagy try turning down the settings in the opions acreen
if it's the movie thats lagy have you tried setting recording fps higher and compressing it with somthing like VirtualDub

EDIT: What I mean is that is doesn't look like it flows very well
It's not my game, becuase I have never gotten lag in my LAN.
Anyway I tryed that program and it makes my movies flow better and Windows Movie Maker runs the movie perfect.
