Yeah keep writing it is really good.

Well thank you. Trust me, ever since I first found out there was still intrest I've been trying to write some. However, when I got to do it I'll write something, read it over and think "man, that sucks." I'll erase it and try to start over, but just end up getting burnt out on writing for the time being, and this process usually continues until I end up writing something I feel is good enough to post.

Just a warning: you all know how I am about my stories in the fact that sometimes I'll post one chapter every three days, then one about every three months, and sometimes longer. Sorry, but don't expect that to change any time soon.

Okay, killa, compared to the fics you were writing when I last departed, this is a major improvement compared to them, and compared to most fanfics, with the chapters being more than a paragraph long.

Now.

You've got the right idea. To use *only* the universe of freelancer means that it can be transferred into it's own universe and outside the realm of fanfiction quite easily without having to re-invent things. It's quite easy to just use the characters that have been developed by the game designers, but it will always lead to a dead end, and most of the time you grow more attached to your own characters compared to developing some one else's.

I have to say, compared to your other stories (which to be honest, I have only skimmed.. *sheepish*) this actually had me paying attention. Now, that's a mean feat in itself, mainly because i'll find something shiny that distracts me. (and most of the time it's when either Free Bird or Tenacious D comes on the old WinAmp)
So kudos on that.

So yeah. If you need some editing or advice, I'll be here more often. Hopefully.

Well thank you for the imput Ninja.

And yes, I know some of my older stories (hell, all of them actually) weren't all that good. Captured was, well, just bloody terrible. I wrote Captured at a time when, compared to myself now, I was a complete retard. My spelling was horrible (and still is, but now I use spellchecks), my grammar was just plain sickening, and I castrated just about all the rules of the English language on a daily basis.

Now, well, now I'm just lazy. I have this wonderful idea about what's going to happen to everyone, about all the **** that's about to be going down, etc. I'm just too lazy to actually put those ideas on my computer.

So, what I'm probably going to do is take a machite and hack this story up into two or three parts. It may make things easier on me, but it may not. I don't think it'll really hurt anything.

I'm probably going to do that, although this is still in the planning stages. I haven't decided where I want the first part to end. And one other problem I'm having is actually making it long enough. I don't want it to be too short, but I don't want it to seem pointlessly drug out either. With the current length of the chapters, there's probably only enough ideas in my head to keep this going for another ten or so chapters. I could just shorten the length of each installment, which will mean I can post more of them. But right now I'm still deciding.

Any imput would be greatly appreciated.
