best clans, best servers

Hey, Im new to the multiplayer scene and was wondering what the best servers were and what the best clans were. Thanks

Theres a few clans on:
Oregon Roleplay PvP+FLCD

it doesnt even use flcd anymore really so you dont have to worry 'bout that

Jolt has an extensive clan system. basicly devided into hunters and pirates. Both sides are quite balanced
