There are many many clans out there. Starting a new one is going to be difficult to find members. Perhaps instead of a clan, how about opening it up as a server with or without a mod, and you'll most likely have people join you online?

Or feel free to use PitchBlack as your home, it might encourage more members to joind your clan, as clans get a great starter package (neutral reputation, and $10,000,000 credits) and a huge bonus for 20+ members with 20+ hours logged ($100,000,000 credits).

If you already have a server, you might want to try advertising on that servers website if they have one.

We only use a few server side mods.

The nomads drop class 10 champion sheilds and paralyzer missiles.

And all of the jump holes/jump gates are open.
