Hex editor

Im trying to figure out what a hex editor program is called that gave you more credits to purchase things in the game. It resembled a block of cheese or something like that. Sounds crazy i know, but i use to use it.. Just cant think of what its called.

Doesn't take a Hex Editer, use Ioncross Char editer. Edit a saved game, if our after adding just more credits to your pocket.
