Where can get those Mod softwares?

I want to make a mod,and need these softwares:
Freelancer UTF Edit w/MFC ( For hardpoints )
ResHack ( For DLL and ID card modification )
A hex editor ( Hex Workshop is good )
3DMilkshape ( For ship creation )
Milkshape View ( For viewing Milkshape 3D's )
FL Mod Manager ( Highly Recommended!! )
Ship Editing Studio ( Highly Recommended!! )

you guys who can tell me where i can get these softwares,
cause i can't find them here!

i still need those softwares:

Another comes, looking for this mysterious ship editing studio. Google fails. all you get are LR the TNG mod and freelance photographers. Is it dead?

Milkshape is the one that isn't free, I'm pretty you can get most of the rest for free. (FLMM is free, links to it are EVERYWHERE here. FLMM kicks ass!)
