Gatling guns. No power usage, insane re-fire rates and damage potential.

Preferably use 50 cal or higher types.

Possibly the best guns in the game. The beam cannons don't work too well.

Of course, they'll probably close this little loop-hole and force us to buy ammo for them.

No way!!!! Use marsflyer stem guns!!! the stem 2 has a 42. something refire and does 256 damage per hit!!! no energy usage either!!!!

You can run, but run fast.... 1 shot is all I need.

Hah, finally the phasers are fixed. No noticeable energy use , and the pulse phasers fire 8.33 with 800+ damage per hit! Recommend you get a big, big ship before you try to mount one though. As for torpedos, use a photon/quantum mix. a quantum for heavy hits, and photons for agile targets. Nothing can outrun them, and it is damm near impossible to out-turn a photon.
