FLE - It''s easy to use i know but iv''e got a problem...

I need help with FLE. Whenever i add a new base it asks me to save a .dll. - All well and good . But when i choose to save the dll it says cannot find the folder 'C:\TEMP" (You Following Coz i'm not LOL). Then a box comes up and says SUCSESS! Changes applied. When i open freelancer all the bases and systems are all there but none of them have any names. The tradelanes don't either.

I have FLE Version 1.10.26.0. And freelancer 1.0.
Don't ask me to install the Patch because that mostly fixes stuff in the multiplayer games.

You need to refer the mod.dll file that is created in the freelancer.ini file for it to show the names up.

Freelancer.ini file is in the exe folder.

Cannot be arsed to explain again - so here is a demo of my own that i made.

[Resources
DLL = InfoCards.dll ; Contains all infocard text resources
DLL = MiscText.dll ; Contains other bulk text resource: rumor, offer, and mission text
DLL = NameResources.dll ; Contains names of things, primarily.
DLL = EquipResources.dll ;Contains names of equipment (in string table) and infocards for equipment (in HTML resources)
DLL = OfferBribeResources.dll ; Contains random mission offers and bribes
DLL = MiscTextInfo2.dll ;Contains MP UI elements as well as other misc. text
DLL = te_mod.dll ; dll is the replacement equipres dll file
DLL = tenameresources.dll ; holds the names for mod

Ones in bold are mine, so yours won't have them there. Substitue mine for your dll file (is called my_mod.dll) and then try again.

Hi, Im having the same problem but i cant seem to find where the dll has been created.

I also found this log file in the exe directory "Probable error when saving the dll
