crash

every time i activate the mod, the game crashes. right before where it says freelancer in the "start up" stage. can someone help me

This ussually appears if you have incompatible savegames in the FL saves folder.
It can also appear if you did not installed RB using the steps in the readme or if you have activated an incompatible mod.
Did you started over after intalled RB 3.4? Otherwise you'll surely crash, you can't continue the campaign played with an older version.
