Player Rating for Rebalance v3.30

Love your mod......many sleepless nights! Last night, a player on my server asked how the rating system works for the mod. I could not answer his question. I would be very thankful if someone could explain to me how the rating system does work with the Fl Rebalance mod v3.30 We would love to know.

I thought it was totally monetary... your level increases with how much you are worth.. I might be wrong...

Yeah, I'm pretty sure your rank (or rating, if you want to call it that) depends on how much money you have AND the value/worth of all of the equipment you own (ship, weapons, shields, commodities) at a given time.
Correct me if I'm wrong, but this seems to be the rank system in my experience.
