Specific problems.

I'm hoping these can be solved quickly because its interfering with my alloy running. =/

1. There's a 'heavy fighter' in Newark, starts a 6/1 weapons/turrets and 350 cargo holds. Unfortunately it can only use 2 weapons.

2. The Rhino costs more then the above freighter, and lists its total cargo holds as 500, but I can only store up to 250. This is very annoying because I just sold my high armored, roomier, and faster freighter for some slow, immobile, less roomy freighter.

I'm hoping that it actually IS 500, because it'll help out with my lane running; but wait... there's more!

Cruisers fire invisible projectiles, and you just watch your shield disappear; Unioners need less cruise disruptors; those Red somethings need to stop being so invincible, I mean really, that many millennium falcons is too many; the AI could use a little dumbing down because on many occassions I can see their ESP overreacting and spazzing out everytime I fire at it, and it makes it hard to shoot down ships that fly in ways we can't; maybe just one pod launcher and different ammo for it? There is a lot of pod weapons and ammo.

Well, I think the freighter problem would be a quick fix, and it would be greatly appreciated, and the rest is just stuff to think on. Maybe tone down the difficulty a bit? I usually find myself wasting time trying to destroy ships that heal itself repeatedly.

:/ Wierd, we get alot of post about how the games to easy and the AI needs to be harder, then we get alot saying "please the big bad AI is too hard.. please make them weak!" So.. I am personally voting for.. leave it be... but who knows.. Oh, and if you do some more searching you'll find that a frieghter with 700- 800 cargo exists with nice everything multiple shields/thrusters for around 350k, if thats not a good deal enough, theres another freighter out there for around 750k that holds 3000 cargo... is that sounding better? If not, then I don't know what to say but I can understand you being dissapointed in making such a decision to go from a nice fighter with nice cargo to a weak freighter with ok cargo (in freighter terms that is). But I haven't personally tried to buy the rhino because it is a big waste of money in this particular mod and well, either its overpriced or others are underpriced, in any case its not a smart buy because like I have told you there are better deals... just explore some more before you start to complain. Theres a big new rebalanced world out there to find! Oh, and I wouldn't know what amount of cargo the rhino carries in this mod, but I bet someone else in this crazy world has bought one and can reply accordingly to tell you what the deal is there.

Well I know how much cargo it holds, 250, but it claims to hold 500. I'd like to know whether it suppost to hold 250 or 500, so I can switch back to something else for the runs.

I guess I'll go look for those other freighters later, and save up for a battlship or something.

MD MD !!! Thats your area.. I can't imagine the rhino holding 500 so I am sure its supposed to hold 250 and merely mistaken text was put into the infocard ini for the rhino. I mean when working on a mod or anything for long hours.. your eyes get tired, the screen gets blurry, and sometimes its easy to get mixed up when scrolling through hundreds of ini files and changing here, adding there.. so its fairly understandable and not a hellworthy sin. I think this could be let go but he is making 3.4 so its good to point out mistakes you find now. This way instead of the same old glitches, we can just get brand new ones! Thats what happens though. Not that it makes it any less of a brilliant work of art!

The cruisers would be an important fix to include. I think I've even seen normal ships use unseen weapons.

well.. he purposely increased to MASSIVELY impresive speed and accuracy one the cruise disrupters as part of the balance to stoprunning from battle as much, but are they really invisible or just super fast, I nevr pay attention to that but then I never run enough to get dirupted. Not sure but MD can clarify that I bet.

Lun4tic, the IDS infocard about Rhino's hold is wrong indeed, but the Rhino had once 500 cargo holds(about 5-6 versions ago). While I changed it for the other freighters, it seems i forgot to change it for the Rhino.
And those invi guns you'er talking about, that's a MP only problem. It does not appear in SP, it's possible that the increased speed of the capships guns to prevent them to appear in MP...
