Quick question: Which ship has the largest cargo hold AND a hyperdrive system? Does either the Galaxy Transport or the Gallofree Med. Transport have a hyperdrive?

I'm basically looking for a good exploration vessel that can haul freight on the side.

Edit: Just checked both Transports, neither one has a hyperdrive. Original question still stands, though.

Bug report - with the tie blasters in liberty where you can buy the tie bomber.
They stack on top of each other if you buy more than one.

Add more ships, hooray.

Although, Id' like a little more money doing SP in the beginning liberty phase. Inever got enough to change ships form the starting ship, although I did just kind of run through the missions.

ED, the MP specific errors are out of my reach to test, altough I know about the Bretonia Gunboat problems. It is possible that the weapons hardpoints defioned from RunningLights, Headlights and DockLights are causing so muvh trouble in MP, this means i gotta go trough all CMP's of the cuatom ahips and rebuild those HP's so they can be real weapon HP's. This is a huge task i cannot do it by myself...only one ship can take a few days to remodel.
I think the largest cargo belongs to the Voyager(575), and it has a warp drive as well...it can be found in EFA and on planet Harris, Tau-23.
Thurmonator, I know bout the TIE blasters errors, i'll look into it after Lite's release.

Where is the Sky Hawk? According to your build notes, the ship was moved to Colorado system, but I've checked every base - even bribing for Xenos faction, and I simply could not find it.
Congrats on the release of Rebalance Lite, MD. It's too bad that I can only run one server. I like the idea of scaling things back a bit, but I doubt my other players would agree. Then, too, I don't know if I could give up my hyperdrive.
New Idea: Maneuverability Upgrades. A friend of mine was mentioning how sluggish his Y-Wing was, and it got me to thinking. "Wouldn't it be neat if you could buy maneuvering thruster upgrades." If there is a balance concern about such a product, he suggested making the upgrade subtract from your armor rating. Perhaps something like: Mk.1 upgrade subtracts 10% armor, Mk.2 upgrade subtracts 20% armor, etc.

Sky Hawk? Plane that looks like a bird with long wings? California, in that base near South of California Minor. Seems to be some Science Research base. You can get the TIE Bomber and TIE Advance there.

It's not there anymore. According to his 2.01 build notes, MD moved it to Colorado in order to make room for the Starfury SF-3 "Vengeance."

**EDIT: Found it. The Sky Hawk now resides at Planet California in the California System.

ED: thanx, the LITE version is a kind of remake of the 0.5 versions, but with "modern" technology. And there are still some ships from the full version hiding out there, and worth to find as well. There is still one h-space capable ship in the Lite version, the Sabre XR. It has a nice cargo too, and a COLOSSUS HF shield on the same planet where the ship lies. I intend to add the full border worlds enhancement pack to the future versions, both on lite and full ones.
About the maneuvrability upgrades, or HP class upgrades, this data lies into shiparch.ini and its kinda static for each ship. I dunno if any equipment can be defined that could improve maneuvrability or HP class, since these parameters lie only in the shiparch.ini and are specific for each ship. better version of the same ships are always possible, on the other hand...

Has anyone mentioned a bug with the Battleaxe?

I bought this ship yesterday in Magellan. When I launched, the game suddenly took a dive in performance. The framerate dropped substantially. I exited the game, but that wasn't enough. I tried to shutdown the server, noting that it still registered me as being online. It wouldn't shut down on it's own, so I had to kill it via the task manager. It popped up an error message, and I'm sorry I didn't write it down.

When I restarted the server and the game, I found myself back inside the starbase. When I launched again, the exact same thing happened. I restarted everything, bought a different ship (E-wing,) and went on my way.

I haven't been having much luck with the new ships of late. I had a different problem with both the Sky Hawk and the Voyager, but I found that issue was tied to the fact I had the Freelancer 1.1 patch installed. I reinstalled sans patch, and that stopped my crashing.

Buckaroo: thanx a lot, a revamped Bretonia Gunboat will come in very handy.... To do it myself would have taken too much time.
But i managed these day to add the Sabre XR(the other ship in the pack will folow) and the Slipstream XJ-376, and it's one sweet ship. Also added the Thunderbird very heavy fighter from Paul.
ED, the Battleaxe does not cause no framerate/performance drop on my system, in OpenSP mode as I play/test now...and I used it extensively lately. Maybe its because cmdr.Redeye added some new features to it, namely destructable parts, but this feature can't cause too much lag a the standard FL ship have it too. So it must be something else.

is there any way I can get this mod to work with my current SP person? cause I tried I in MP it was nearly impossible to buy $300,000 - $2million ships when ur just starting out! Unless you play for 50 hours get money to actually buy a ship.

You're playing it in open SP mode? The problem I encountered seemed to effect the MP server. When I think back on it, once I exited the server, the frame rate improved again - noticeable from the ships coasting around in the menu's background. It's when I tried to work with the server after exiting the game that I encountered more difficulty. It was very slow to respond when I tried to drag through the menus, and didn't respond to my mouse clicks (view players or shut down server.)

its a great mod I have to admit..but the most annoying was planet earth...dock ok...dock to space, server crash, again I went to the planet before docking server overloaded...so anyway...I just want a way to play the mod without restarting all the way over...my guy on SP is level 39 with the Titan which is VERY hard to get and also I have SILVERFIRE guns and something else that i level ten and again I dont want to restart.

***Titan very hard to get cause Corsairs hated my guts.

FiGhTFiReWiThNApAlm, first i gotta say is not a very smart way to fight, if u use napalm u'll just get a heck lot of fire....
Secondly, try the Opensp mode(activate it with OpenSp.bat), in order to provide a closer to MP experience. If anything else fails, i guess u'll have to start over...i you never played the SP mode with the mod i recomend u do so, it's a worthy experience.
ED, i got the Bretonia Gunboat from buckaroo and gonna import it into the mod.
