Accessing DLL string tables

I am currently developing a Trade Route Calculator, and if i want to know the names of the bases and systems, i need to be able to access freelancer's DLL files. Its being programmed in Visual basic. Does anyone know how, or if it is even possible with Visual Basic?

If not possible, would one of the C++ programmers out there be very kind and make a small little program that takes a dll file and turns it into a text file?

And yes, i know there is already one out there. It has a bad habit of copying your entire freelancer directory and crashing, however.

I need to add this feature to CRCTool - hopefully it will resolve some of the remaining unkown hashes. When written, i'll do you a lil standalone. Remind me of this tho
