Someone in Starlancer sounds like???

Hi, I am playing Starlancer right now and I notice when you call your base you get commication officer right, he sounds like the guys on the TV show Enterprise, the Ser Chief/Weapon Officer. What do you guys think? Maybe I take a look at the manual to see if his name on there .

Why do you keep posting this same question all over again, Mike? Browse through the SL voice talent list in the game or in the manual, then see if you recognize any name, ok?

actually in Freelancer the potetate in the Kusari system that helps u in the SP sounds like a dead ringer of George Takei (Mr. Sulu) from the origianl star trek

No dudes. he's revering to the new enterprise show starring Scott Bakula. I had the same feeling. The actor would be Dominic Keating he plays lt. Malcolm Reed on Enterprise. I have not confirmed this but the comms officer on the Reliant does sound like him.

Lord Hakkira IS voiced by George Takai. Just as Tobias is voiced by Don Rhys Davies, who was in the first few seasons of "Sliders".

Yeah, I kept getting the same feeling about the Reliant comm officer. Well, they DID have to find an awful lot of British and French actors for the game, so why not the good ones? I'm sure MicroSoft could afford it.

Sliders? You can credit John Rhys Davies with FAR better stuff than that... Lord of the Rings, for instance. =p

Or Wing Commander 3 & 4, if you want to be relevant.
