i ran over someone

i ran over someone in mission 5 - the one with the ramases, and fort baxter gets toasted.
this is what happened-
lock on afterburn => ramases toasts baxter => ramases launches fighters => manuvere to engage fighters *still on afterburn* => a saber is in view, de-lock afterburn, but still afterburning to him => saber goes out of sight momentarily => before i know it, he's 1k infront of me, and i'm still on afterburn => WAAM => the poor pilot gets blasted to pieces while only my front shield goes. i didn't even fire a shot till i *ran him over*
that was weird. in case anyone's wandering, i was afterburning at 760k in a phoenix.
