graphic quality

I am new in playing starlancer and actually in playing any game, starlancer is teh first game I bought and I am abit disappointed at the graphic quality. Even in the movie at the beginning of the game, the colours are all pixellised. I don't know if it's normal or not because I have no other game to compare with but aquanox (that looks a lot better).
I have a PIV 2.4B and a geforce4TI4200 running under win XP, I placed all the settings on best quality and the screen resolution at 1024*768. I also activated the FSAA on my graphic card but there is no imrpovement. all drivers are up to date but I haven't found any patch for the game.... if somebody has an idea ?

Appart from that I am so far very satisfied with the game even though I haven't even started the missions !!! just training !!!

heey - glad to see you like starlancer.
but the graphic quality is pixelised ?? whats that supposed to mean - i think it looks fine on mine, unless u were expecting amazing movie quality games, i think starlancer's good with graphics
one note, i run on 800 x 600 pixels, although my LCD supposts up to 1024 x somthing rather, and more i think.

Exactly what I was going to say, for a 3 year old game, SL still kicks arse! Um as for the movie quality? Maybe you're sitting too close to your screen...

OK, I just wanted to check that I was not configuring something wrong as it is basically the first game I play, I had no idea what I should expect from a given game so better go and ask the knowledgeable people !!
Well in any case I hope I'll have time to finish the training session tonight !!!
