Starlancer Clans

I've been dreaming of playing Starlancer in multiplayer for quite some time, but I don't think I can anymore with Sega Dreamcast. I think it was designed to work in online multiplayer, but I don't think it can be done anymore. Does anyone know if I can somehow play multiplayer while using the Sega Dreamcast?

Okay, gonna bump this again.
