Starlancer moding and TCs

i have been with out internet for a long time and im using a friend now i will get my dsl back in a month and with i do i will be releasing moding tools i and my friends made for starlancer plus all the ships and add on we have done ..

can u make a tool to get the 3ds models and textures out of the SHP files? i've spend ions trying ot get them out for my mod...
