Err... Ummm... Help?

Two simple questions that I just cant find the answer to:
1. Where is the loadouts for the transports/trains? Its not in the loadouts.ini or the loadouts_special.ini.
2. (non-related) Where can I download Elite? And is their Elite 2 being made?

Type in Elite, and might be able to find it, and elite 2 was made decades ago, called Elite 2: Frontiers

Q2 - Ok, there's been a few Elite games.
