Well - its like wanting to beat the four minute mile by running, when you cannot even crawl yet. The chances of making a system the normal way are 0 - as you won't know what to do and why etc. Also - it would take someone about 5 hours of typing to make that sort of tutorial. You HAVE to be able to walk before sprinting.........and systems are the most buggy modding area i can think of.
Otherwise, try to find the freelancer explorer program. It builds the systems for you using a point and click. However, don't try to build too much, as the thing is buggy and makes systems that crash dead easy (mainly as it doesn't differentiate over whom can have what enouncters etc when they cannot have all and so on). So - if you use that and build a system of detail and size - you will probs crash alot.
