Enigma 2.0 Mod

I am about to release a new freelancer mod. This mod (providing evrything works) will include:
over 100 new systems (The game now has over 140)
over 50 new ships
over 10 new houses
over 200 new pieces of equipment
over 400 new commodities
over 30 new factions
I hope this will be a mod that many will enjoy.
I do need some help though.
Is there anyone out there who could run a 24/7 server.
I have many ideas for the server.
I believe it would be good if clans could:
Buy bases (I will change the owner to their clan name in the next mod released)
Buy custom bases (i.e. they can have it where they like. This would obviously cost more)
Buy custom ships (i.e. they can have their own ships how they like)
Buy planets (i didn't want to just allow ppl to own bases. Planets will cost more.)
and buy their own npcs for the next mod (I know how to add factions and so i will add their clan as a listed universe faction)

Are all these stations filled with NPCs and traders/equip dealers, ship dealers, missions? Tradlanes? Encounters? And do the controlling factions of systems and or stations make sense?

I have seen a mod can't remember now which one, but they had a system called Iowa with planets and stations named after cities in Iowa but controlled by the Bretonians, that was too hard for me to get over. I like realism, and sensible game play.

The plan is to make this mod able for online internet clans to have their own npcs in systems that dont currently have a house like borderworlds

1) You can get npcs for your clan on stations yes. This includes shipdealers, equipment dealers and barmen and mission ppl.
2) Yes you do get encounters with the clan's npcs who own the system.

I now have the details of the systems in Enigma 2.0. Unfortunately its not as many as i expected. These are the systems.
