To all players: please post some feedback about:

1. new cockpits (especially TIE's)
2. glowing textures on fighters - there's too much lights or not (I think I've putted too much glows on some fighters)
3. Cap ships size

and some suggestions for future development.

Heres some feedback from me.

It think its a shame that I often cant see my ship because its "in the shade" or dark from one angle. I know its got something to do with the light source, but even thought its not as realistic as in the real world I would prefer not to have half of the ship in the dark.

Also, when I link 4 guns to shoot at the same time, I can't see the lasers but I hear the sound and the ship im firing at takes damage. But its only centered around the middle of the screen. If I move the crossair to one of the borders of my screen I can see the lasers im shooting. This was in the TIE reaper and TIE interceptor.

Also, whats up with the techno in bretonia space lol

Where it's happend (ship in shade) - at some base or in space?
At certain bases it happends - not my fault, it's light sourse orientation. Especially this can be noticed when looking at cockpit - down side dark, up side light. Several TIE's use two different textures for cockpit.

In space it's quite realistic - the space is dark you know ..., the light comes from star, so it's normal. Anyway, this can be fixed - open the system file and find the ambient section. Let say Freeport7 system - FP7_system.ini, it's quite dark. Change the
[Ambient
color = 30, 30, 30
to
color = 60, 60, 60

That's all.

Regarding beams:
1. speed for beams is set to 1600 if I'm not mistaken. It's quite high but it's realistic. TIE weapons are VERY fast, check the movies
This effect (invisibility or partial invisibility) can be seen in clouds, in open (clean) space it works fine.
2. it depends on weapon position - TIE Reaper have the longest wings and guns are at the edge.

Anyway, clouds is the problem. I hate clouds Next project will be a Homeworld2 TC (no storyline, removing old systems, adding new systems) - so, no damn clouds.
