Alrighty, everyone, I am planning on making a Freelancer total conversion mod called "Draco's Light", which will focus upon several systems within the Dracon Empire during the time of the Great Collapse and the Neo Civil War.

However, I cannot do this alone... I need a system builder(pain in the ass to make them -- and I'm not *that* great at modding), a faction builder(another pain in the ass), a ship model maker(I can do all the ini coding necessary for a ship) and finally someone to host a website/server.
