mod to be done

i am posting this here because i need a specific mod done and i need to see if its possible to be done. I need all the things im about to list in one mod. Please respond if u can do it and if its possible.
7 new systems......
Omicron Zeta
Omicron 65
Tau 89
Tau 09
Fighter Class
Freighter Class
War Zone
Battle Ship Encounter Mod
War Zone sells Battleships
Omicron Zeta has Nomads that loot Nomad Cruise disruptors
I want a base and a planet in each system
All systems sell Paralyzer Missles and Ammo
Start off with 1 Mil and in a Eagle

Please tell me if this can be done and if it can please post. If it cant be done tell me what cant be done and i will change it

Deathwish, youd have much better luck checking out the tutorial forums for noobs to learn how to do these sort of things. Making uber mods has gotten a bit overdone in the year and a half people have been making them for this game.

i just want to see if it can be done and IF someone can do i for me. I havent understood the tutorial for noobs in modding. I just need an expert to help me out. Thanx anyway

wow you cant give them a deadline dude, who are you to tell them when to do it.....this mod is a good idea but you cant just be like " I want it in a month" in less you are paying for it or something....or you just learn to do it......... k......

well i can not make this mod allown. but with my team we could do this in a day. but y dont u do it. there are lots of tutoreals on all this stuff. make your self a known moder out there.
