Modding idea...whose with me?

I had an idea (this is my first post, so please dont scold me too bad if i messed up)...

I was thinking, since this is a continuation (sort of) of the Starlancer series, I was thinking it might be pretty cool to see a mod offering some old Coalition/Alliance vessels. Especially since mods now include pilotable capital ships (Evolution for instance, an awesome mod.) I thought it would be neat to throw in a Coalition cruiser or an Alliance freighter. Also thought that since late in the singe player game, you do a lot of cap ship busting a coalition torp bomber might be a nice little add on. Well, let me know if you agree with this or I've daftly placed it in the wrong forum. Thanks!

It probably would have been better in the Mod Annoucement forum, but it sounds like a good mod anyway. i remember capping some caps wit torps in sl, and would remind me of the better days when games were made by gamers, and when you could buy dvd's for a quarter off the steam powered internet. *sigh*
