Chips SP mods
Here you can announce your own Freelancer MOD and find information about the different available packages!
*Sigh* - I cannot post this in every forum, but i really want to. Please read this thread fully, and try it all in there. It WILL work (my part is on page 2, and is a cast iron garuntee that if it doesn't work - then it never will ).
Hi BeerTent
I'm not a regular in this Forum but I just happened by. ....
If you're using FLMM correctly, this should not be happening at all. Seems like you're doing other things as well but not mentioning them. Are you adding more than one Mod at a time? Are you adding a Mod in the middle of a campaign? Are you fiddling with the game files in the middle of a game?

I get this when I try to open the mod into my FLMM mods folder. I dont know whether this has already been adressed or not, I have looked in the various threads with this sort of thing but there was no similar problem from anyone else. I am running FLMM 1.3 so I doubt its that, I was just wondering if you could tell me what the problem is?

Hi, chip. i use this mod whit FLMM, but after i use FLMM delete this mod, i cant get in to game.when the game logo and movie ends, i saw Freelancer logo, and then the game crushed!! I reinstill game many times, it doesnt work. funny when i reinstill your mod, the game didnt curshed any more!!!can you help me? because i play on a UK server, and this derver not allow ANY mod you use. So please help me.....
and by the way chips, that ini fold(normal doking in SP) cant download, if its not very big, can u send it to me? my email: [email protected]
I got the same error as has been mentioned above, and there is a very simple way to fix it. Go into the mods folder for FLMM, and open the XML file in wordpad (not notepad).
The bottom line should read "</script>"
Change this line to read "</data></script>"
Don't know why, but both those ending tags HAVE to be on the same line, otherwise it won't work properly. Once you have made this 6-character adjustment, everything will work absolutely fine (or at least, it did for me).
