the finished version?
I have no idea...at the moment I am getting people together that will make a site, but theres one problem which stands out:
Payment for hosting the site...
I am asking people that if they are willing to host a site, then it will be certainly appreciated.
It doesn't matter if you cannot script anything yourself, because I have got people that, but if you want to help on the site itself, then you are welcome as well, but its the actual hosting that matters....
Q. What is the point in all this, and what do I get from it?
A. Well, firstly, you get put into not just the X-Lancer Credits, but also onto the Uplink Mod that will be going into development soon. Also, you will get Alpha, Beta versions etc...that you will be allowed to Test for both Uplink and Freelancer. And also, if you have Talents in C++ or want to start modding Freelancer, then you are given a place on the team, and I and others will teach you how to mod!!
Q. You meantioned a game name "Uplink"...whats that?
A. Uplink is a Hacking Game that is quite good fun. Go to Click here for more info about the game UPLINK
Q. Will I need something else if I want to mod?
A. If you want to mod Freelancer, we will be able to give you all the things that you want. If you want to mod Uplink, then you will need the Uplink Developers Disk that is also avialable at www.introversion.co.uk
