Server Questions

I have a couple of questions. I have just started a server and I want to have a couple of server side only mods to inhance things a bit. One is higher mission pay and the other is to have more levels and requireing more money to level up. Are these able to do server side or must there be a client mod? Secondly, My server is showing up on the Global server list but doesn,'t have a ping. I am pretty sure I have opened all the ports needed, checked and rechecked everything that I know to check but still nothing. Should I open the DMZ to the correct IP or is that not necessary? I can play on the server from another puter on the LAN but it shows up on the Global server with an internal IP address. When I get to work it shows up on the Global server with my ISP's IP address but no ping. Any recommadations?

Its the job that's never started that takes the longest to finish.

if you are connecting to your server there probly wont be a ping. high is bad anything around zero is good as for server side stuff the file to change how much you get missions is diff2money and thats in c data ramdom misssions

Thanks, but I should have clearified, I have edited Diff2money and PTough files already what I should have asked is: are they able to run just server side and be effective without the client needing them?
