The BEST servers

Here SysOps can list their MultiPlayer server info and users can send feedback to their SysOps. Or just talk about the MultiPlayer servers they play on. This is not about MultiPlayer in general - please use the MultiPlayer Forum for that!

something like "the best server" does not exist... its just a subjective oppinion

but you can check the global stats for the top10 servers... they all are good and there are many players online

Well, forgive me for noticing your nickname. (Might have something to do with others wanting death and destruction?)
What does your Clan do for a living?

My best guess is to come up with a concept and build your own mod the way you want it to be.

There are several "GREAT" servers out there. Those have given me some of my best inspirations and gaming times. (not to mention some of my griefs ! LOL)

SWAT_OP-R8R's Crossfire mod is one of these.
Also, mods like Asylum51, Discovery, Top Freelancers, The Void and Asguard.
Out of respect for these Great mods and their teams, I will not use any of their works in my own mod. Some of these mods happen to be using some of my works and with permission to do so. So creating my own mod required some creative and radical thinking. It also took me a few years of learning how to do things (even though I'm still learning). I always wanted to create my own mod ever since I found out it could be done.
If you decide to try to use anyone elses works in your own mod, 1. you need their permission to use them. 2. You'll need to give them credit where credit is due.

Sorry, I don't mean to preach.

Once I'm finished with my own mod, I'll release it to the public for anyone to use as they wish. Personally, I'd like to see someone running it...Lord knows I'll probably never run my own server unless I find a "base camp" and get out of this motor-home.

My clan is a 50/50 clan like bulldogs you treat a bulldog like ahit it will kill u. but if u are nice to it it will respect you and will b nice back.

thats what my clan is about friendship and of course the odd enemy.

and what i meant is like the server that would be good for starting a clan and getting things started sort of thing.

to give my clan a chance to grow.

mi names is like that 4 a reason
i hav a short temper and its not fun

Seems like you've tried a few servers out already. I understand the frustration.
All I can say is for the time being, find something you might be comfortable with until you and your clan find a suitable "home".
When you go on line, check out the servers and the links to their sites.
Also, on the left side of Home Page here has quite a few mods listed.
Just click on the icons to take you to their individual sites.

And if that one doesn't work out for you, try 24/7 FREELANCER UNIVERSE

Cool beans man.....
Also...when you look at the Multiplayer Server listings when you start your game..you'll see some of the servers DONT have a "skull & crossbones".
That means that players are not permitted to harm other players.

@ w0dk4
I don't believe that Freelancer is, or should be an "Archade" game. It's still a space simulation game with some "archade" effects.
If you treat and mod Freelancer into an archade game...it will go the route like other archade games and loose its popularity. I've seen this too often with servers that have come and gone because it's gamers wanted an archade game and the mod developers gave them what they wanted.
The gameers got tired and left the servers.
It's like a disease that causes good servers to die.

Freelancer needs to evolve into a better space simulation game. This was the original intent of it's developers and all we need to do is unlock that potential.
I am afraid if we allow it to turn into just another archade game...even this site would go the "way of the buffalo".

You have to decide how you want it to evolve.
If you want just another "in your face" space shooter "archade" game..it's going to die and go the way of Atari "pong" like all the other archade games.

It's the realism with minimal archade attributes that is one of the major appealing factors of this game.
The developers were a pretty smart lot. They didn't make it too real and they didn't make it too "unreal".

Well you made a good point there

Of course Freelancer is not just an arcade game yeah!
Its way more and thats why there still is a rather large online community.
