FLstat v1.5 and Global Player Rankings
FLstat v1.5 has been released - see homepage for details.
The Global Player Rankings website has been restored and is fully operation again, with some new features!
What is this?
The Global Player Rankings combines the player statistics from many online servers into a single table, allowing players from different servers to compete against each other. All server admins need to do is download an install FLstat and then submit the information for inclusion.
Features:
o Top 1000 Killers - Top Players based on their total number of NPC kills.
o Hall Of Fame - Top Players who haven't logged in for 6 months.
o Weekly Kills - Top Players based on kills made this week. Ideal for beginners o who don't have a lot of kills yet.
o Top Clans - Top Clans based on combined average number of NPC kills. Can also be sorted by Name or Size.
o Search the full online database for any Player or Clan (there's over 240,000 characters indexed).
o List of Servers that are included, showing which mods they use, and their status. If IP address is known, then it's Ping status is also shown. (New)
o Most Active Servers - Servers ranked by how many players have logged in within the last week. (New)
o Server Information displays actual name and current players (where possible) and also includes Direct Connect link). (New)
o Click on any Player, Clan or Server name to see their detailed statistics and information.
o Data is updated every 6 hours (individual servers may not be updated as often).
Tips for Server Admins:
o Check the Server Information that is displayed for your server, and resubmit the information if it needs correcting.
o Include as many players in the FLstat output as possible. You can submit a special 'private' URL that will not be visible to users.
o Tell your players about the Global Player Rankings!
