This is a FLServer Tool for managing Freelancer Chars which is totally remote controlable (over telnet)

First of all, you will need mc_horst's flhook, otherwise the ban/kick function will not work.

Not much time to write much for this first release.

Install:
-edit ini file
-start exe
-connect with telnet
-rebuildindex
-type help and hope to understand the commands

making mass modifications (house/delhouse/rewritehouse):
-edit ini
-restart programm
-call command manage_clan_reps

"max_cargo_count" will only write a warnig to file "crash_chars.txt" nothing of the cargo will be deleted!

The Tool is working for the Hamburg City Server for about 2 years now,
it should be relativ bugfree and save to use but:

!! TEST ALL FUNCTIONS ON A COPY OF YOUR CHAR DATABASE FIRST !!
This Tool can modify all Chars, so it can crash all Chars with wrong configs.
Modders know what to do with this Massmanipulations functions
