change Initial stuff

i have searched in a load of places, but i can't seem to find a program which can alter what players start with on a server eg:
ship
money
location
character.

The closest i came was with FLSO 13-C, but for some reason none of the settings have any effect on the game.

Can somebody please tell me either where to find a program that can do this, or how to fix FLSO.

Any help would be appreciated very much.

Try IONCROSS Freelancer Server Operator mk.IV to make the changes you want, if your setting up a server.

Doesn't that just let you change each character indivdually. I need to find a way to make it so that when a new player appears. it already has certain settings. EG:
When a new character is created, they look like tobias, have a sabre, have $20,000,000 and are in ryuku base.

Are you using any mods? There is one that gives a choice, in Char apearance, location CVFC Server Configuration MOD and Faction and Character Selector MOD by David "Cold_Void" Suitter

CVFC Server Configuration

This MOD enables over one hundred fifty unique costumes exclusively for Multiplayer and enables greater control over starting details for players, including starting location, money, ship and faction.

New Accessories include guns, stun batons, helmets, hats, oxygen masks and, PDA's.
Unlocked unused 'elite' headgear and added new cybernetic hands.
