Deep Space 9 Server Mod
Deep Space 9 Server - www.ds9clan.co.uk
First of all I would like to introduce myself. My name is <DS9>PeaceKeeper and I am the Admin and owner of the Deep Space 9 Server. We have created a mod for our server with 35 ships in it. We do stress however, that all players read the rules first on our forums – we do enforce them, so please make sure you read them.
Our website is www.ds9clan.co.uk and from there you can follow the link to our forums to meet the other players on our server and to download the Mod. Please look for the flashing Red Alert symbol - thats where the mod can be found. We like to think we are a big family of players and the players on our server get treated with respect.
The ships we have in the patch are:
From Babylon 5:
DARK STAR, SHADOW CRUISER.
From Battlestar Galactica:
CYLON RAIDER, VIPER STARFIGHTER
From Final Fantasy:
RAGNAROK
From Star Trek:
CONDOR RAIDER, DELTA FLYER, FEDERATION FIGHTER, JEM'HADAR ATTACK SHIP, KLINGON BIRD OF PREY, ROMULAN WARBIRD, SURAK CLASS STARSHIP, U.S.S DEFIANT, U.S.S. PEREGRINE, U.S.S PROMETHEUS, U.S.S VOYAGER.

CHAOS HEAVY FIGHTER, DAGGER MKII, MINER SHIP, XT-17 PHANTOM II, SABRE MKII.
Tohoku is open to all players with Tekagi’s base now being dockable, the Battleship Osiris which is stationary, Planet Tohoku and the Deep Space 9 station. There are trade lanes to these bases which makes it easier to visit them.
All players undock in Omicron Minor where they are greeted by the Server Police which will be <DS9> members and /or <Sir> members. In new York there are other Server Police who help New Players get to know their way around, these are <Cadets> and <Squires>. They also enforce the rules as do the <DS9> and <Sir> members.
Our rules are simple, but effective:
No PvP in Omicron Minor or New York
No Mods or Cheats
No using bad language
No base camping
No using the Server Police tags
No dock killing
No F1’ing out of PvP
We do have a few more rules, they just cover minor details. All rules are enforced on the server as we do have young ones playing on there as well as parents.
New Clans who come on our server will receive 200 million credits to help them start up, plus we have a section on our forums with advice on how to start up your own clan and keep it going. Systems are rented by clans, who in turn can rent out bases to individual players who want their own base to reside in and pay rent monthly.
All Clans that are on our server are role play clans. If you do not wish to take part in the role play, please do not put any tags in front of your name.
There is a 3rd patch being made, hopefully it will be released for February next year. It will contain many more ships and more systems.
