Hi Ioncross server operator stuck

well i was able to run it one time properly, right now when i launch it the fl server launch properly (with the fl name in) and when i told him to launch the server it launch it but ioncross start to freeze on a loop and then keep saying 'checking server status'

i tried reinstalling freelancer and ioncross, also restart computer made a clean install etc it's still stuck.

update : after double checking, i got to my attention the fact that the server doesn't have the ioncross name setup in.

update, i found finally what seem to be the error : the mod i installed use custom exe wich seems to just have a different version number ... i'm gona check with an hex editor.

ok, if some moderators could delete this thread
here what to do : get the version number from the FL server windows and the number corresponding to build and just change that and ioncross run fine.

what you do is this you go into your program files of your drive c and iron cross server folder theres a server configuration file just change it to the version of freelancer you are using C:\Program Files\Microsoft Games\Freelancer\EXE\FLServer.exe
FLServer - Version 1.0 Build 11 - FLServer this is what you have to change in order to make it work

I still have not figured this out , cna you guys make a guide line for dummys(me). What ever the problem is i am having the same issue on my desktop computer..

if all the numbers and everything is ok i dont know what to tell you how about your data files or are you running a vanilla server
