Q#1. how much bandwith nesscesary to run a 10 to 25 person server?
Q#2. how much bandwith for a 40 to 55 person server?
Q#3. am i the only one on the planet without a clue?(retorical)

To run an online server a dsl connection will work fine...cable works too.
Thing is it's not only the bandwidth or connection speed it's the computer you're using...naturally the better the computer the more players you can handle...memory is a big factor...lots equals better.

my clan has a physical server that they pay for we dont run our game servers off home systems what i was was asking is how much bandwith would a halfway buisy server eat up?
