Server storage problems

Here SysOps can list their MultiPlayer server info and users can send feedback to their SysOps. Or just talk about the MultiPlayer servers they play on. This is not about MultiPlayer in general - please use the MultiPlayer Forum for that!

Server storage problems

I'm finally ready to put my server on 24/7 and I'm having a lot of trouble finding a way to distribute the server MOD to the public quickly and efficiently. The MOD is about 35MB when compressed. I can't seem to find any service that will upload that much data at one time. Can anyone help me or should I try to break the MOD up into smaller MODs?

SOLus - I would ask that if you are going to use the FTP offered by TLR, that you actually submit the mod to TLR. Its not polite for people to use the ftp simply to distribute a mod without asking permission first. However, upload it - then let BP and Eraser know, and they will create a post for you on the front page to advertise it.

Be sure to email them a description of the mod, what it does, and any pretty pictures as well. It can take a few days due to testing purposes, but its a small time to wait when you get your download hosted

Thanks for your help guys, I'm going to submit the file directly to TLR. Really appreciate the input.

TLR has public write access to its FTP server? Do I understand correctly?

Is that a wise choice?

@the01 its only for uploading, same as any FTP server you abuse it and access would be blocked
