Sorta new to the game having picked it up a month ago, blew through the single players and handled myself fairly good on servers. So I decided I would try and run a server for a change.

Been running a server using the Rebalance mods (full, update, and patch) and using IRONCROSS Freelancer server operator MKIII. Freelance is patched with 1.1 for the server.

before I forget sys specs....

Pentium P4 2 GHz
Win XP home with SP1
Direct X 9b
512 megs RAM
128meg GeForce4 Ti 4600 (56.72 driver version running)

I should also note I play on the same system on which the server resides.

The problem comes from the New York System. Anytime I dock, no matter on what terms I am on with the dock, police, military etc. the game locks up. CTRL+ALT+DELETE does not even repsond and I have to bring down the comp and the server to get out of Freelancer.
