what happend to Elite?

subj..... it used to be like full all the time, then suddenly there's 3 players currently on....

It was announced that the server was shutting down, so people slowly left.......then some other guys decided to host it. Same name, diff server, diff people.

It has had lag problems since the rehost. Shame really.

Yes, quite a shame. I was forced to abort a mission there recently due to terrible lag and there was only three other players on!

the lag issue seems to be a problem with a few modders on elite im not naming names but thats cos ive no screenies to back me up i have come across
several players with nomad lasers a couple with cloaks and paralyser launchers tp name a few items
equally ive been on with 15 players and had no lag
